At the hotel, we definitely got great value for our money. The room was fantastic, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient, just a short taxi ride away from the city center. The staff treated us like VIPs, they were kind, attentive, and always ready to help.
Breakfast delights but could have been more diverse, maybe with different options every day.

Spacious rooms and well-kept surroundings were the best aspects. Breakfast and pool area were also fantastic, plus the beds were comfortable. There was a lot of variety at breakfast and the pool area was lovely and provided plenty of sun loungers. the location was convenient, being close to some local shops, bars, and restaurants.
A lack of attention to detail, sub-standard food, and poor customer service were the worst aspects. the staff was untrained, unhelpful, and didn't speak English very well, making communication difficult.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that offers exclusive amenities and fulfilled all our needs. the room was spacious, well, appointed and with top, quality bedding. the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and garden area with sun loungers were perfect for relaxation. the Spa & wellness centre with sauna, massage, and beauty treatments provided an exclusive and peaceful ambiance. the restaurant served delicious food with special menus for special diets. the location advantage is a short ride away from the entertainment and nightlife of Benidorm.
The only minor negative aspect was the slow and inconsistent Wi, Fi. the staff was responsive and did their best to solve the issue. this hotel exceeded our expectations, providing us with an unforgettable and luxurious experience with excellent service and facilities.

This hotel, located outside of the main city area, offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the restaurant has a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options. Guests can relax in a beautiful garden or in the comfortable communal areas. Rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and high-quality towels and toiletries. the staff is friendly and helpful. There are exceptional spa facilities on offer, as well as a pool with good size.
Some of the food options are quite limited and expensive, and the bar staff near the pool could be more friendly.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, with comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning, and high-quality towels and toiletries. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. The pool was a good size and despite being busy, it was still enjoyable to use.
Navigating the hotel layout was a bit confusing, and I found myself getting lost multiple times. the lack of a mini bar or readily available bottled water in the rooms was a drawback.
